We stayed 23-30 July 2011, mini season. We had 3 families 12 people all together. We brought two boats. The boats were 23 ft for both of them, The dock had plenty of room to accomodate them. It had lights, electricity and fish cleaning station with water. Yes, we had the east winds during our stay and yes there was accumulation of seaweed by the seawall. It did smell around the beach front and 20 feet of the beginning of the long dock, which I recommend a dolley for scuba tanks and ice chests. The pool was secluded and the pool water was cool and refreshing.There were plenty of seating around the pool also...

This place has it all: a beautiful fishing dock where we caught and released barracuda, sharks and all kinds of fish, a great pool area, a hot tub overlooking the ocean and ample sleeping space for our group of 9. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. We spent every day fishing, floating in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, and playing pool. The house is stocked with plenty of linens and kitchenware for our large group and the laundry room was a great help as well. Everything else you need is nearby-groceries, pharmacy, bait shops, restaurants and bars...
